Manifestation of Lifestyles

Encyclopedia - Lifestyles the concept and its implications are closely connected to the values associated with extreme individualism, corporate capitalism, and an open market, preferably one that is global in its reach.While most people would generally consider lifestyle to be a neutral or amoral concept, others, on looking more closely, see it as having an immoral side. Discussions of lifestyle generally exclude any thoughts of justice, respect for human rights, or fairness.

In Terms Of Our Understanding - Lifestyles talk about anything and everything. Eventhough it's quite general but life is awesome & we share life. In conscious or not, everyone has a lifestyle. With regard to the perspective, lifestyle referred solely to the specific characteristics or qualities in life a certain way by all parties whether individuals, countries, or an entire culture. Stress

   Stress is a condition that faces and feels when a person is highly pressured by surroundings. Stress is often associated with the pressure of work and the workplace. However,  there are many other causes of stress.

  While incidents like demise of a loved one can about stress, research has also shown that even happy occasions such as wedding can lead to lot of stress. This is because stress often comes about when a person feels that he has too many things to handlebar lacks the time and ability to do them all.

  Among the symptoms of stress is  insomnia, a condition where a person experiences difficulty trying to sleep, even though the person is physically and mentally drained. Other signs of stress are eating too much, or too little. Irritability and sudden changes in moods.

  While there is no cure for stress, but it actually can be managed. Everyone experiences stress at one time or another but some can handle it better than others. In order to handle stress, you should learn how to prioritise your work and recognise the limits to your capabilities. While it is natural for people to 'push' themselves strive excellence, knowing your limits and and acknowledging your weaknesses can prevent you from over working your body and mind.

  Doctors also suggest giving yourself regular breaks. Going away on a holiday helps tremendously because it allows time off from the chaotic atmosphere of the office or the home. Looking after yourself well by eating a balanced diet, getting adequate rest and excersing also help to curb stress.
